Hello everyone,
Today I want to talk about guild management.
Growing humanely
ago I read a little article on a very experienced coach in the USA. Unfortunately I have more name in mind. But when it comes back, I'll keep you posted. He explained that he has identified 6 human needs: 4 are of about the personality
- A human being need to be sure of something.
- A human being need not be sure about something. This gives the variety, excitement.
- A human being that his actions need to mean something.
- A human being needs to feel connected to others, loved.
- Need to grow, to contribute to something greater than himself.
- Feeling emotions. There are 6000 words to describe emotions in the English language and most people describe their feelings last week with 5. And besides, they are negative.
evidence to the contrary, we are not elves with pointed ears, big or Tauren with hair everywhere, nor facetious and mocking gnomes (quoique. ..). If we take each point to build our guild, here is solid evidence on which to anchor our thoughts and lines of advance.
A human being need to be sure about something
Within a guild, we need certainty. A stiffness must be sure he will raider during the week. He must be sure its investment is good and what he does for the guild is good for him.
Be sure something is go in with confidence. And the greater the trust, the more you play better and soothe. For
our guildeux are safe and move with confidence, they must know perfectly the guidelines of the guild. This requires: Monday, is raid 25 for 21h to 00h. Ca rhythm somehow our dynamic wowienne.
A human being need not be sure about something. This gives the variety, excitement.
It is more complicated. When we raid, we go to meet the challenges and continually improve his character. It improves through gameplay, but with these little bits of pixels. When we raid, we hope that a piece will fall, sometimes a horse. It is about nothing.
There is not any more than the boss will fall. It was nice to give back, meet some require that we increase his level of play This raises questions about the volumes that we may have or to which you can / should go.
In short, it is not when we have challenges ahead. A challenge ahead, we can challenge ourselves and especially to raise our level of play from my point of view, if you give regularly challenges facing your members (regardless of the challenge: it can be a contest of stories, down a boss HM, obtaining a HF, etc. ...), so there will be fun.
A Human Being require that its actions mean something.
This is where that comes into account the facts or High Achievement (in English). The goal! The goal.
Our actions can be based on three things:
- Falling for a boss down and enjoy the beautiful game and especially to advance
Falling - a boss for the sake of loot Falling
- a boss for the high- fact (element that marks the spot, which marks the action taken as validated)
: Falling
- a boss to arrive on the HMS
- Falling boss to validate meta-High is
- Etc ...
WOW happens to make us feel that way because we are integrated within the guild.
belong to a guild or at least to a team.
It is each member of the guild or arena team
federate. Also to you / us to unite around a common project.
Need to grow, to contribute to something greater than himself
Playing WOW as we do allows us to contribute to something greater than ourselves. Belonging to a group, a community, a guild that can be done, that we want to go further. A kind of transcendence.
is very true in PvE, a little less when practicing the PVP arena, whatever the game is changing because we really must play as a team. What greater pleasure than to share with others? Pleasure to share the victory! Armstrong looks like: What a wonderfull World!
Feeling emotions. There

rethink the evenings we saw in this game between 3 and 4 hours each, it is sometimes long. Many feelings, impressions pass and evolve. We go from joy (down a boss, accomplishing a feat, ...) to just (stop the raid while the boss will almost fall off). It also involves feelings of anger sometimes (when it is in PVP by despawn !#%§*#@=# \\ \\ frost mage or warlock), frustration (when the boss that one does focus not drop or our teamsmates make mistakes without correcting them (it suits us as well)).
short, all these feelings mean that the pleasure is even greater when we play. It feels a lot of things moving from one extreme to another. Exactly the same thing when you read a good book or that we watch a movie. Emotions are scrambling. Exhilarating feeling in the end.
